To health: Recipe news and updates
Today marks a milestone. With the latest additions the size of the Recipe Collection now totals 50 unique recipes!
What's exciting is not only reaching such a nice grand total, but the number and types of new recipes is a capstone of the work gone into it. What's new includes sweets/desserts (Chickpea Ice Cream and Chickpea Cookies), along with established chickpea items we're now developing a quite decent chickpea recipe collection!
Other new pages include Very Hot Sauce, and the basic but important Pressure-Steamed Rice and Pressure-Steamed Chickpeas.
On top of the new recipes, we've revised the majority of the "old" recipes, updating contents wherever needed. The format of the recipe pages has been upgraded, bringing with it greater uniformity, and conveniences, such as a back button where it's easy to reach. Of course that's not a huge feat to do, but still every improvement is worthwhile.
Naturally the real changes are accomplished "under the hood" and mostly aren't visible to visitors. Producing the website takes advantage of significant upgrades to the software that generates all the pages including the recipes. Thinairarts has always made a point of publishing recipes for preparing dishes that have excellent taste and second-to-none health and nutritional value. Eating for health does not require giving up enjoyment that fine meals can bring. Even if some foods might have to be avoided, knowing how to leverage alternative choices to full advantage is an artform we've learned to appeciate. We're dedicated to sharing knowledge gained through extensive experimentation and years of experience making it work.
